Hacking Home ("we") sells 3D printed goods from San Jose, California. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: your name and email when you create an account, plus a record of whether your welcome discount has been used.
• Orders: the items you bought, the shipping address and contact details you give at checkout. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Shipping estimates: the ZIP code you enter on the cart page is sent to our shipping-rate provider (Shippo) to fetch carrier rates.
• Usage: standard web analytics (pages viewed, device type) via Google Analytics if enabled, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To print and ship your order, answer your messages, send order emails, and — only if you opted in — occasional emails about new designs. You can unsubscribe with one click.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments and sales tax), Shippo and the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for shipping, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We do not sell your data.
